- 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts About 2 medium breasts
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground preferred
Wrap Assembly
- 4 large Flour Tortillas Whole wheat or regular
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Low moisture melts best
- 1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
- 0.25 cup Ranch Dressing Optional for serving
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
Lay tortillas flat. Add a light layer of mozzarella, followed by sliced chicken, spinach, and a small additional sprinkle of cheese to help seal the wrap.
Fold the bottom of each tortilla up, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Place seam side down in the air fryer.
Reduce temperature to 350°F and cook wraps for 3 to 4 minutes until golden and crisp. Flip if needed for even browning. Serve warm with ranch dressing if desired.
Do not overfill the wraps to prevent splitting. For extra crispiness, lightly spray the outside of the tortilla with cooking spray before air frying. These wraps reheat well at 300°F for 2 to 3 minutes in the air fryer.
