Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2-3 pieces chicken breasts or chicken tenders
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for frying
  • slider buns

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha adjust to spice preference
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Optional Toppings

  • lettuce or cabbage
  • pickles
  • sliced cheese or spicy mayo

Instructions
 

  • Slice chicken into slider-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken pieces for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar until smooth. Adjust spice to taste.
  • Assemble sliders with lettuce, fried chicken, and generous sauce. Add pickles or cheese if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispy chicken, double-coat with egg and panko. Serve immediately to keep the texture crunchy. To reheat, use an oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
