Cheesy Garlic Bread Ingredients
- 1 loaf Baguette or Italian Bread preferably day-old
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter softened
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic minced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and half the Parmesan.
Slice the bread lengthwise into two halves.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden. Optional: broil for 1 to 2 minutes for a crispier top.
Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Use room-temperature butter for easy spreading. Broil briefly at the end for a crusty finish. Add chili flakes or swap cheeses for variation.
