Cheesy Garlic Bread Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette or Italian Bread preferably day-old
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and half the Parmesan.
  • Slice the bread lengthwise into two halves.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden. Optional: broil for 1 to 2 minutes for a crispier top.
  • Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

Use room-temperature butter for easy spreading. Broil briefly at the end for a crusty finish. Add chili flakes or swap cheeses for variation.
