Ingredients

  • 8 oz 225g pasta (penne or rotini), cooked al dente
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts grilled and sliced or shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing homemade or high-quality store-bought
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese shaved or grated
  • ½ cup croutons optional
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved (optional)
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cool water to stop the cooking process. Let it cool completely.
  • Grill or pan-sear the chicken until fully cooked and golden. Allow it to rest, then slice or shred into bite-sized pieces.
  • Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl: cooled pasta, romaine lettuce, chicken, cherry tomatoes (if using), and croutons.
  • Add Caesar dressing and gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated and creamy.
  • Top with Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature for the best texture and flavor.
