Ingredients
  

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional for spice

Instructions
 

Prepare Chicken:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Rub chicken breasts with olive oil.

Season:

  • In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using). Coat the chicken evenly with the seasoning.

Bake:

  • Place seasoned chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Cool:

  • Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours.

Slice:

  • Using a sharp knife or meat slicer, slice the chicken thinly into deli-style cuts.

Store:

  • Keep slices in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
