Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  • Add cream cheese, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until smooth.

Combine and Cook:

  • Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and cover.
  • Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).

Serve:

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rice, pasta, or steamed vegetables.
