- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1- inch piece of ginger grated

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water to form a slurry
- 4 green onions scallions, sliced
