- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for toasting

In a medium bowl, combine the drained and flaked tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and fresh parsley. Stir well until everything is fully incorporated.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter or olive oil. Once the skillet is hot, place the wraps in the skillet, folding them in half if needed to fit. Toast each side for 3-4 minutes, pressing gently with a spatula until golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted inside.
