Ingredients

  • 1 can 5 oz tuna in oil or water, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for toasting

Instructions

Prepare the tuna mixture:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the drained and flaked tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and fresh parsley. Stir well until everything is fully incorporated.

Assemble the wrap:

  • Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Divide the tuna mixture evenly between the two tortillas, spreading it in the center. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the tuna mixture.

Toast the wrap:

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter or olive oil. Once the skillet is hot, place the wraps in the skillet, folding them in half if needed to fit. Toast each side for 3-4 minutes, pressing gently with a spatula until golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted inside.

Serve:

  • Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before cutting them in half. Serve with a side of fresh salad, fries, or pickle slices.
