Main Ingredients
- 2 Cucumbers
- 12 Cherry tomatoes Halved
- 4 oz Cream cheese Softened
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp Chopped dill Fresh or frozen
- 0.25 tsp Garlic salt
- Black pepper For garnish
Rinse and peel the cucumbers, then slice them into rounds about half an inch thick.
Use a small spoon or melon baller to scoop out a shallow well in the center of each slice.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth.
Stir in chopped dill and garlic salt until fully blended.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe into each cucumber slice.
Place a halved cherry tomato into the center of each cheese swirl.
Sprinkle black pepper over the tops and chill until ready to serve.
For best results, pat cucumber slices dry before piping. You can prep the filling and cucumbers ahead and assemble just before serving.
