Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed preferably seedless and chilled
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice from about 3 to 4 lemons
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 2 cups cold water
  • ice cubes for serving

Instructions
 

  • Blend the watermelon in a blender until smooth and juicy.
  • Optional: strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
  • Juice the lemons and combine with sugar in a pitcher. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Add the watermelon juice and cold water. Stir until well mixed.
  • Serve over ice with optional garnish of lemon slice and mint.
