Main Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon, cubed preferably seedless and chilled
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice from about 3 to 4 lemons
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
- 2 cups cold water
- ice cubes for serving
Blend the watermelon in a blender until smooth and juicy.
Optional: strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
Juice the lemons and combine with sugar in a pitcher. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Add the watermelon juice and cold water. Stir until well mixed.
Serve over ice with optional garnish of lemon slice and mint.
