Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 package Sugar cookie dough (Pillsbury or similar)

Frosting

  • 8 oz PHILADELPHIA cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup Mandarin orange slices canned or fresh

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a round pizza or tart pan with parchment paper.
  • Press sugar cookie dough evenly into the pan. Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden. Let cool completely.
  • In a bowl, beat PHILADELPHIA cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  • Spread cream cheese frosting over cooled cookie crust using a spatula.
  • Top with sliced strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, and mandarin oranges in a decorative pattern.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
