Chicken

  • 1.5 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Chopped, optional
  • Lemon Wedges Optional for serving

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels. Place them in a bowl and toss with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 2 to 3 minutes until golden. Flip and cook another 3 to 4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Step 3: Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and allow it to melt. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 to 60 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
  • Step 4: Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for 1 additional minute, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

Cut chicken evenly for consistent cooking. Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure proper browning. For a citrus variation, add lemon zest to the butter and finish with fresh lemon juice.
