- 1 cup chilled sparkling water club soda or seltzer
- 3 tablespoons flavored syrup e.g., Torani, Monin – any flavor you like
- Ice cubes enough to fill the glass
- Optional: 2 tablespoons heavy cream or half-and-half for Italian Cream Soda
- Optional: Whipped cream fruit slices, or mint leaves for garnish
Fill your glass with ice.
Use a tall glass and pack it with ice to keep the drink chilled and bubbly.
Add flavored syrup.
Pour 3 tablespoons of your chosen syrup over the ice. Adjust the amount to your taste.
Pour in sparkling water.
Slowly pour 1 cup of chilled sparkling water into the glass. Stir gently to combine without losing fizz.
(Optional) Make it creamy.
For an Italian Cream Soda, slowly pour 2 tablespoons of heavy cream or half-and-half over the top. Let it cascade for a beautiful layered look, then stir gently.
Garnish and serve.
