- 1 avocado diced
- 1 jalapeño chopped (optional for heat)
- 2 tbsp lime juice fresh-squeezed

- ½ cup tortilla strips
For the Dressing:
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or vegan mayo for dairy-free option
- 1 –2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
