Ingredients
  

Bread Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Hawaiian rolls Soft and sweet, perfect for sliders.
  • 1 lb Roast beef Thinly sliced
  • 12 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 cup Beef broth For dipping sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Adds flavor to the dipping sauce
  • 1 tbsp Butter For brushing the buns
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • Salt Salt To taste
  • Pepper Pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place them on a baking dish.
  • Layer roast beef and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
  • In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Heat over medium heat until the broth is warm.
  • Place the top half of the rolls over the beef and cheese. Brush the buns with melted butter.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Serve the sliders with the warm beef broth for dipping.
